Return Policy
 Please call us for a return authorization. All complaints and claims must be made in writing, within 5 working days of your receipt of merchandise from us. No returns will be accepted or credit given without prior return authorization. Returns must be sent back to us with  prepaid freight. No Returns will be accepted at our PO Box. You must send merchandise back to our warehouse. Any COD Refusals or missed shipments will incur the UPS Return fee on top of the original freight for the shipment. Any Refusal will incur a $10.00 return fee.
